Shipping policy
We are an irish entity operating in both Republic of Ireland and United Kingdom. For the customer from ROI, we have our collections stock available in our warehouse located in Nesta Sandyford Storage, address at 4-5, Burton Hall Rd, Sandyford, Dublin 18, D18 A094.
For UK customers, we only accept online orders and deliver via our UK warehouse and delivery partner, Super Smart Service. Address (Shipping and Return): Super Smart Service, 378 Linnitt Way, Alfreton, United Kingdom, DE55 2GJ.
Normally we dispatch your order in the same day or 2nd day, then our carrier will ship the order to your address within 1-2 business days. Pick up available by appointment in our office in Nesta Sandyford, Ireland.
We are trying our best to deliver your choice as soon as possible as we know it is important for you to receive it earlier as all the colleciton is high spending item.
We will be trying hard, please contact us if it is really urgent to receive as sometimes it is a gift for Mom or daughter, we would love to help more.
