Purchased the Dreame H12 vacuum/mop two weeks ago and it is an amazing product but also amazing service. The product was delivered to me the very next morning(even during a weather warning). So easy to set up and use,it’s such a time saver as a mother running a busy household. The battery life is excellent, the water tank size is great, the self cleaning is another excellent time saver and feature as keeps the machine in top condition, extra filter and roller are an added bonus and also great suction and edge cleaning. You could eat your dinner off the floors when you’re done! There’s nothing bad I could say about the product or service. Cannot recommend enough 10/10.
